Cancellations and Refunds Terms
- Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing to Topkon Congress and Event Services.
- For cancellations received before November 10, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after November 10, 2026. Only name changes will be accepted after this date.
- Refunds will be processed after the congress.
